EMN Estonia annual conference  will be held on 3rd October 2019, in Tallinn and is organised by EMN Estonia, Mainor Ülemiste and Work in Estonia.

This conference explores the ways in which companies can better adjust to global workplaces and thrive.

The world of work has been changing rapidly, including the degree of internationalization of workplaces. Not only are more and more employers operating across national borders and both transferring and managing employees internationally, but workers themselves are becoming increasingly mobile and seeking out international opportunities. This is increasingly the reality also in Estonia as well as the rest of the Baltic Sea Region. This conference explores the ways in which companies can better adjust to global workplaces and thrive.
